What the platform does

  • A reporting-day checklist and guides for commissary and phone setup that link to official channels.
  • The person's profile page, managed by the family.
  • BRAVE Church connections: BSF, Prison Fellowship, mentors, inmate church, chaplains, Gloo. BRAVE Church (Denver) is the founding church partner, the first church to be inside prisons directly.
  • The First Step Act / Second Chance Act credit estimator.
  • Matching with an outside church and a community HUB near where they will come home.
  • Letters and emails drafted here, sent by the family through their own CorrLinks account.

How FSA credits work

First Step Act credits add up to 10 days for every 30 days of eligible programming. People rated minimum or low PATTERN risk for two assessments in a row earn 15 days per 30. Up to 365 days can go toward early supervised release. The rest goes toward prerelease custody, meaning a halfway house or home confinement. BOP's own calculation controls, so families should check it for errors.

One record, start to finish

Every family has one case.

The seven phases are simply its status. The person who walks in at phase 1 is the same record that becomes a mentor at phase 7. Documents, checklists, credits and connections carry forward. Nothing gets rebuilt between stages, and no one has to tell their story twice.

The family stays the account manager the whole way, and decides who can see what.
